RESOLUTION NO. 70R- 1~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 69R-738, NUNC
PRO TUNC RELATING TO THE SALE OF CERTAIN CITY
PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, heretofore, on December 23, 1969, the City
Council did pass its Resolution No. 69R-738, authorizing the
Mayor and the City Clerk to execute a grant deed in favor of the
Trailer Coach Association covering certain City-owned property~
and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and mistake said
resolution did not contain details of the transaction under which
the City received the sum of $135,000.00 to cover the purchase
price and to include therein credit to the buyer for water and
sewer connections and fees and to include payment therefrom by
the City of the real estate broker's fee~ and
WHEREAS, the City Council by this resolution desires to
amend Resolution No. 69R-738, Nunc Pro Tunc, to include the afore-
mentioned details.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 69R-738 be and the same
is hereby ~ended nunc pro tunc by the addition of the following
language thereto:
"BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the sum of $135,000.00
paid to the City of Anaheim by the Trailer Coach Association
shall include not only the purchase price of the property,
but a credit to said association of its water and sewer
connection fees.
"AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Anaheim
payout of said $135,000.00 the real estate broker's fee
involved in the sale of said City-owned property."
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 6th day of January, 1970.
