70R -14
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED CON-
VEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR MUNICIPAL PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of acquiring the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes; and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to
convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, "the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept an Easement Deed for said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of ORANGE COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL
DISTRICT, a body corporate and politic, to convey to the City
of Anaheim the following described real property situated in
the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, to
be used for municipal purposes, and more particularly described
as follows:
The west 30.00 feet of the east 60.00 feet of the east
half of the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter
of the southeast quarter of Section 7, Township 4 South,
Range 10 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, per map recorded
in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps in the Office
of the County Recorder of said County.
EXCEPT that portion thereof lying north of the south
line of the land described as Parcel No. 101.11 in deed
to the County of Orange, recorded June 14, 1960 in Book
5286, page 456 of Official Records in the Office of said
County Recorder.
be and the same is hereby accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.
