RESOLUTION NO. lOR-I;3.__
A RESOLUT~ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEI~ ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING. TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY fOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, ~he City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous 'of purch..sing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal pur*-oses, to wit: An easement for
road and pu~lic utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property ha ve offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and ----
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for th~ benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THERnFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anahe~m that the offer of
TRAVERS K. CUSHMAN and MAYME E. CUSHMAN, husband and
wife
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of Californ!a, to be used for an easement for
road and pu~lic utility purposes
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Easterly 45 feet of Lot 25, Block
1 of the Enperprise Tract, as shown on a Map recorded
in Book 4, page 89 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, California.
For the purpose of this description the Easterly line
of said Lot 25 is assumed to be the centerline of
Harbor Boulevard.

-- be, and the same is ~reby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FUR~ER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim ~, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of s~d real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 6th day of January , 19 70
