A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for
road and pu~lic utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property ha ve offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and ----
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of
FRANK SAKAHARA and GRACE SAKAHARA, husband and wife
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for
road and public utility purposes
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that portion of the west 132 feet of
the east 397 feet of the north one-half of the north-
west quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 24,
Township 4 South, Range 11 West, S.B.B. & M., described
as follows:
Commencing at the centerline intersection of Dale Ave-
nue, formerly known as Dale Street, and Ball Road as
shown on a Map of Tract 2654, recorded in Book 90,
pages 47 through 49, Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, California; thence North 89u 59' 15 II
East 932.19 feet along the centerline of Ball Road to
the true point of beginning; thence continuing along
the said centerline of Ball Road North 89u 59' 15"
East 132 feet; thence South ou 31' 3311 East 43 feet
to an intersection with a line 53 feet southerly from
the centerline of said Ball Road; thence parallel to
the said centerline of Ball Road South 89'" 59' 15'1
West 101 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve con-
cave southeasterly and having a radius of 15 feet;
thence westerly and southerly along said curve through
a central angle of 90'" 30' 48" an arc distance of
23.76 feet to an intersection with a line parallel
with and 30 feet easterly from the centerline of
Mac Duff Street; thence South 89v 59' 15" West 16
feet; thence North ou 31' 33" ~\1est 68.41 feet to the
true point of beginning.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURWHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($l.OO).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
