A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purch~sing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal pur~oses, to wit: An easement for
road and public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property ha ve offered
to sell and convey the same-to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for th~ benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.

property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for
road and public utility purposes
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that portion of Lot 1 of Orange Grove
Acres, as said lot is shown on the map of said tract
recorded in Book 6, page 42, Miscellaneous Maps, re-
cords of said Orange County, lying West of the 100-foot
right of way of the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Rail-
road Company, described as follows:

Beginning in the Northwest corner of said Lot 1 of
said Orange Grove Acres Tract; thence along the West
line of said Lot 1, South 3" 45' 30" East 953.41 feet;
thence North 86v 14' 30" East 32 feet; thence North
3u 45' 30" West 886.16 feet to the beginning of a
tangent curve concave Southeasterly and having a radius
of 25 feet; thence Noetherly and Northeasterly along
said curve through a central angle of 770 29' 30" an
arc distance of 33.81 feet to a point of intersection
with the Southerly right of way line of La Palma Avenue,
a radial line bearing North 160 16' 00" West passes
through said point; thence North l6u 16' 00" West 53
feet to the centerline of said La Palma Avenue, thence
South 73" 44' 00" West along the centerline of said
La Palma Avenue 41.08 feet to the point of beginning.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FUR1HER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim Qe, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of s~id real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($l.OO).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 6th day of January , 19 70
