A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY POR AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for
utility purposes
Anaheim is
real property
public
and
WHEREAS, the owner - of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and ----
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of DINKLER MANAGEMENT
CORPORATION, a New York Corporation
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for public
utility purposes
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for public utility purposes over, under and
across that portion of Lot 67, Tract 2517 recorded in
Book 133, Pages 40 through 42, Miscellaneous Maps of
Orange County, described as follows:
The Easterly 10 feet of the Westerly 30 feet of the
Northerly 41.62 feet of Lot 67, said Tract 2517 as
shown on a Map filed in Book 8, Page 25 of Parcel Maps
records of the County recorder, said Orange County,
California

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
