A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING EA~F.MF.NT r.R~NT nF.F.D
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of
desirous af purchasing the hereinafter described
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for
public utility purposes
and
Anaheim is
real property
road and
;
WHEREAS, the owner~ of said property ha ve offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and ----
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of JOSEPH H. CLARK and
LOIS B. CLARK. husband and wife
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road
and public utility p~poses
, an more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the westerly 45 feet as measured at
right angles to the centerline of Dale Avenue of that
parcel of land described as follows:
That portion of the west 5.13 acres of the north half
of the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of
Section 24, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, S.B.B. & M,
described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the west line of the northeast
quarter of said Section 24, said point being 494.31 feet
south of the northwest corner thereof; thence continuing
south along the west line of said northeast quarter 165.41
feet to the southwest corner of the land conveyed to
Emmer L. Beeson and wife by deed recorded May 18th, 1948
in Book 1638, page 150 of Official Records; thence South
890 581 41" East along the south line of said land conveyed
to Emmer L. Beeson and wife 338.71 feet to the southeast
corner thereof; thence North 00 121 35" East along the east
line thereof 165.46 feet; thence North 890 591 11" West
338.71 feet to the point of beginning.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 6th day of January , 19~.
