A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRM~T DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR MUNICIPAL PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
is desirous of acquiring the hereinafter described real
property for municipal purposes; and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to
convey same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the
City of Anaheim to accept a Grant Deed for said real pro-
perty.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the offer of ORANGE COUNTY WATER
DISTRICT, a public corporation, to convey to the City of
Anaheim the following described real property situated in
the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for municipal purposes, and more particularly
described as follows:
That portion of the first and third class lands allotted
to Felipe and Marcos Yorba in the Final Decree of Parti-
tion of the Rancho Canon de Santa Ana, a certified copy
of which is recorded in Book 28, page 158 of Deeds, re-
cords of Los Angeles County, California, described as
follows:
Beginning at the southwesterly corner of the land con-
veyed to the County of Orange in Parcel No. 122.01 in
deed recorded May 2, 1967 in Book 8240, page 919 of
Official Records of said Orange County (being a point in
the centerline of Taylor Street), said point also being
the southwest corner of the land described in the deed
recorded October 5, 1953 in Book 2587, page 548 of said
Official Records, thence South 750 14' 48" East along
the southerly line of the land described in said last-mentioned
deed, and its southeasterly prolongation, to a point in a line
parallel with and distant Easterly 213 feet (measured at right
angles) from said centerline of Taylor Street, as said center-
line is shown on a map filed in Book 77, page 34 of Record
of Surveys in the office of the County Recorder of said Orange
County; thence South 00 27' 00" East, parallel to said center-
line, 100 feet; thence Westerly at right angles, 213 feet to
a point in said centerline; thence North 00 27' 00" West along
said centerline to the point of beginning.
EXCEPTING therefrom that portion of said land conveyed to the
City of Anaheim by deed recorded March 5, 1969 in Book 8892,
page 477 of Official Records.

be and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a
conveyance of said property.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
