A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING EASE~BNT GRfu~T DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
U7ILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
pU~lic utility purposes

WHEREAS, the owner~ of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and ----
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of JOHM~NA DO~ffiIES. a widow,

property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and

, and more particularly described as follows:

and across the Westerly 60 feet (as measured at right angles
to the centerline of Brookhurst Street) of that portion of the
Southwest quarter of the Nortilwest quarter of Section 8, Town-
ship 4 South F Rang"e 10 ';'ies"t; in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as
shown on a nap recorded in Book 51, pa(~;fe 10 of Niscellaneous
ilaps., records of said County; described as follows ~
Beginning" at the SoutIniest corner of the North 15 acres of

the West line of said Southwest quarter, 139.40 feet; tllence

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($l.OO).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
