RESOLUTION NO. 69R-703
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAIIEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH VARIANCE NO. 1996 AND DECLAR-
ING RESOLUTION NO. 68R-451 NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission granted Variance
No. 1996 considered in conjunction with Reclassification No.
68-69-6 on July 1, 1968; and
WHEREAS, the City Council on July 30, 19b8, in conjunc-
tion with Reclassification No. 68-69-6 granted Variance No. 1996
by Resolution No. 68R-457; and
~iHEREAS, the Petitioner has requested, and the Development
Services Department has recommended, that all proceedings on
Variance No. 1996 be terminated on the basis that the plans
approved under such variance are no longer applicable; and
WHEREAS, the City Council concurs with the request of
the Petitioner and the re~ommendation of the Development Services
Department that all proceedings on Variance No. 1996 be terminated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Variance No. 1996 be terminated and that
Resolution No. 68R-457 be declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 9th day of December, 1969.
