RESOLUTION NO. 69R- 673
-
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM FINDING AND DETERMINING
THAT A MAJORITY PROTEST HAS NOT BEEN
MADE IN THE PROCEEDINGS FOR THE ANNEXA-
TION OF CERTAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORY
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM KNOWN AND DESIG-
NATED AS LA PALMA-FEE ANA ANNEXATION.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did
on the 14th day of October, 1969, receive a written petition
asking that certain territory described in said petition be
annexed to the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt Resolution No.
69R-583, designating the said proposed annexation as La Palma-
Fee Ana Annexation; and
WHEREAS, the City Council did fix the 25th day of
November, 1969, at the hour of 1:30 P.M., at the City Council
Chamber in the City Hall of the City of Anaheim, as the day,
hour and place when and where the City Council. would hear pro-
tests made by the owner of owners of any real property within
the territory proposed to be annexed; and
WHEREAS, notice of said hearing was published by the
City Clerk in accordance with the requirements of law; and
WHEREAS, said hearing on protests was held on the
25th day of November, 1969, and on said date said hearing was
closed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
does find and declare that a majority protest was not made
at said hearing.
