RESOLUTION NO. 69R - 670
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY AND THE STATE DIVISION OF
HIGHWAYS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE DOUGLAS
STREET OVERCROSSING STRUCTURE OVER THE ROUTE
57 FREEWAY.
WHEREAS, the State of California, through its
Bus'iness and Transportation Agency, Department of Public
Works, Division of Highways, has presented a cooperative
agreement for the construction of an overcrossingstructure
at Douglas Street over the Route 57 Freeway in the City of
Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has read said agreement
in full and is familiar with the contents thereof; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be to
the advantage and in the best interest of the City to enter
into said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that said cooperative agreement for
the construction of an overcrossing structure at Douglas
Street over the Route 57 Freeway in the City of Anaheim is
hereby approved and the Mayor and the City Clerk are directed
to sign the same on behalf. of said City.
