A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR SEWER LINE AND
TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for sewer line
and temporary construction purposes ;
and
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property ha ve offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and ----
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of GLORIA L. LEVEY, a
married woman, and DANIEL H. NINBURG, a married man,
to sell to the C1ty of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for sewer
line and tem orar construction .ur oses

PARCEL ONE: An easement for the installation and main-
tenance of a sewer line over, under and across that portion
of Section 3, Township 4 South, Range 9 West, S.B.B. & M.
in the Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana, lying northerly of
the following described line:
Beginning at the Northwesterly corner of Lot 10, Tract
1005, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 33, page 32 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California;
thence along the southerly line of said Tract 1005, North
820 21' West, 156.86 feet; thence North 380 35' 20" West
85.84 feet; thence North 650 35' 20" West 213.79 feet to
the point of terminus on the southerly line of said Tract
1005.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM any portion lying within said Tract
1005.
PARCEL TWO: A temporary construction easement over and
across a strip of land 10.00 feet in width, the northerly
line of said strip being the southerly line of the above
described Parcel One.
The Easterly and Westerly lines of said strip to be
lengthened or shortened as the case may be to coincide with
the southerly line of said Tract 1005.
Said temporary easement to expire upon the completion of the
installation of a sewer line, but not later than July 1,
1970.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
