A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR road and public
utility purposes.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described

WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha~ offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of

to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for rORd
and Public Utility Pu~~ses.
, an more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across that portion of the Southwest quarter of the
Northwest quarter of Section 7, Township 4 South, Range 9 West,
in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as shown on a Map
recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of said Orange County, described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the centerline of Dutch
Avenue, as shown on the Map of Tract No. 6138, recorded in
Book 229, pages 22 et seq. of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
said County, with a line parallel with and distant Westerly
47 feet (measured at right angles) from the West line of
Tract No. 4321, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 197, pages
9 et seq. of said Miscellaneous Maps; thence along said
parallel line North 00 09' 10" East 330.61 feet to the
True Point of Beginning, said point being the beginning of
a curve, tangent to said parallel line, concave Southeasterly
and having a radius of 387 feet; thence Northeasterly along
said curve, through a central angle of 230 II' 40", an arc
distance of 156.66 feet to the beginning of a reverse curve,
having a radius of 333 feet, a radial line bearing South
660 39' 10" East passes through said point; thence Northerly
along said curve, through a central angle of 230 11' 40" an
arc distance of 134.80 feet to a point in the East line of
the land conveyed to Placentia Unified School District of
Orange County, by deed recorded April 16, 1964 in Book 7006,
page 537 of Official Records of said county; thence along
said East line and its Southerly prolongation, South
00 091 10" West 283.60 feet, more or less, to a point in
the South line of the 10 foot right of way for road purposes
described in Parcel 1 in Certificate of Title No. 13355
in the office of the Registrar of Titles of said county;

feet, more or less, to the True Point of Beginning.
Excepting therefrom the South 10 feet included within said
easement for road purposes as described in said Certificate.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
