RESOLUTION NO. 69R- 618

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 69R-599.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim maintains a water dis-
tribution system for the furnishing of water to residents and
inhabitants of the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 69R-599, the City
did amend that portion of Resolution No. 64R-2l4 that relates
to Schedule w-o and~adding Schedule WG-O; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to rescind said
Resolution No. 69R-599 and retain Resolution No. 64R-2l4 as
though Resolution No. 69R-599 were never passed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 69R-599 is hereby rescinded
and Resolution No. 64R-2l4 shall continue in force and effect as
though Resolution No. 69R-599 were never passed.
