RESOLUTION NO. 69R-624
A RESOL~ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF AHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS
IN CONNE TION WITH RECLASSIFICATION NO.
62-63-39~
WHEREAS, heretofore, to wit, on the 8th day of Janu-
ary, 1963, the City Council did adopt Resolution No. 63R-17
in Rec1assificatio* Proceedings No. 62-63-39, finding and de-
termining that the1property and area therein described should
be changed from R-t, RESIDENTIAL-AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and incor-
porated in C-1, NE GHBORHOOD-COMMERCIAL ZONE, subject to certain
conditions there in I set forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine that
the conditions set forth in said resolution have not been com-
plied with by the *pp1icant, and that said proceedings for
the rec1assificati~n of said property should be terminated.
NOW, THE.EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Ana~eLm that all proceedings in connection
with Application 6~-63-39 for a change of zone be, and the
same are hereby terminated, and that Resolution No. 63R-17 be,
and the same is he~eby declared to be null and void from and
after this date.
THE FORE~OING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 4th day of'Novemb,r, 1969.
