A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL
PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH RE-
CLASSIFICATION NO. 62- 63 -51.
WHEREAS, heretofore, to wit, on the 5th day of March,
1963, the City Council did adopt Resolution No. 63R -166 in
Reclassification Proceedings No. 62- 63 -51 finding and deter-
mining that the property and area therein described should be
changed from R -3, MULTIPLE- FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, and incor-
porated in C -1, NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL ZONE, subject to certain
conditions therein set forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine that
the conditions set forth in said resolution have not been com-
plied with by the applicant and that said proceedings for the
reclassification of said property should be terminated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that all proceedings in connection with
Application No. 62 -63 -51 for a change of zone be, and the same
are hereby terminated, and that Resolution No. 63R -166 be, and
the same is hereby declared to be null and void from and after
this date.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 4th dgy of.Novembef, 1969.
