A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OFT E CITY OF
ANAHEIM VACATING CERTAIN EASEMENTS FOR INGRESS
AND EGRESS LOCATED AT 1075 PATT STRE�T (Abandonment
No. 2003 - 00084)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anahe did, by Resolution No. 2004-
173, duly adopted, declare its intention to vacate certain public st ets, highways or public service
easements pursuant to the Public Streets, Highways and Service asements Vacation Law; and
WHEREAS, notice of a public hearing to conside said vacation was posted and
published in the manner prescribed by law; and
WHEREAS, on the 14th day of September, 2004,�a public hearing was held to
allow interested persons to submit evidence concerning said proposed vacation.
WHEREAS, the abandonment approved herein

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that
