RESOLUTION NO. 83R- 246
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING FEES TO BE CHARGED BY
THE ENGINEERING DIVISION OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, it is the policy of the Ci ty Council of the
City of Anaheim to provide for the collection of fees to be
established by resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has by resolution heretofore
established various fees in the Engineering Division of the City
of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to revise
and update said fees at this time; and
WHEREAS, the fees hereinafter reestablished do not
exceed the estimated reasonable cost of providing the service for
which the fee is charged; and
WHEREAS, prior to approving said fees, the City Council
has held at least one public meeting at which oral or written
presentations could be made concerning said proposed fees as part
of a regularly scheduled meeting of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has heretofore complied
with the applicable requirements of Chapter 13 of Part 1 of
Division 2 of Ti tIe 5 of the Government Code of the State of
California concerning local agency service fees and charges.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci ty Council of
the City of Anaheim that fees to be charged and collected by the
Engineering Division of the City of Anaheim shall be as follows:
