RESOLUTION NO. 83R-197
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 83R-135
NUNC PRO TUNC.

WHEREAS, On April 5, 1983, the City Council passed Resolution No.
83R-135 and through inadvertence and clerical error, the upgrade status on
Word Processing Operator Trainee-C and Word Processing Operator I-C was left
out; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best interest of
the City to correct said Resolution No. 83R-135, nunc pro tunc, to reflect the
addition of upgrade status to the classifications of Word Processing Operator
Trainee-C and Word Processing Operator I-C;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that it amend and it does hereby amend Resolution No. 83R-135, nunc
pro tunc, by adding upgrade status to the classifications of Word Processing
Operator Trainee-C and Word Processing Operator I-C to read as follows:

AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended, by this
resolution, Resolution No. 82R-505 shall remain unchanged and in full force

of the City of Anaheim this 17th day of May , 1983.
