RESOLUTION NO. 83R-198
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEtM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 83R-136
NUNC PRO I TUNC.

WHEREAS, On April ?, 1983, the City Council passed Resolution No.
83R-136 and through inadvertence and clerical error, the upgrade status on
Word Processing Operator Tr$inee and Word Processing Operator I was left out;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best interest of
the City to correct said Resolution No. 83R-136, nunc pro tunc, to reflect the
addition of upgrade status to the classifications of Word Processing Operator
Trainee and Word Processing Operator I;
NOW, THEREFORE, BElT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that it amend and it does hereby amend Resolution No. 83R-136, nunc
pro tunc, by adding upgrade status to the classifications of Word Processing
Operator Trainee and Word Ptocessing Operator I to read as follows:

AND BE IT FURTHER ~SOLVED that except to the extent amended, by this
resolution, Resolution No. $2R-502 shall remain unchanged and in full force

of the City of Anaheim this 17th day of May , 1983.
