RESOLUTION NO. 83R- 201
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ADOPTING A PERMIT FEE SCHEDULE FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION AND DESTRUCTION OF WELLS IN THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted an ordinance
pertaining to the construction and destruction of wells in the
City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, because of the costs incurred by the City of
Anaheim to administer said ordinance, it is necessary to adopt a
permit fee to cover said costs; and
WHEREAS, it is the policy of the City Council to adopt
fee schedules by resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to rescind
Resolution No. 74R-28 and, by this Resolution, adopt a new
schedule of fees as of the effective date hereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the following permit fee schedule be,
and the same is hereby, adopted for Chapter 10.20 of Title 10 of
the Anaheim Municipal Code pertaining to the construction and
destruction of wells.
