CITY OF ANAHEIM RESOLUTION NO. 83R-210
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM,
CALIFORNIA, AMENDING R~SOLUTION NO. 83R-168 OF THE CITY COUNCIL
BY AMENDING CERTAIN CROSS REFERENCES SET FORTH THEREIN
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim (the
"City") at its meeting on April 27, 1983, adopted a Resolution, des-
ignated as Resolution No. 83R-168, relating to the issuance of
Electric Revenue Anticipation Notes of the City; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to adopt
the following resolution and amend Resolution No. 83R-168 by amending
certain cross references appearing therein:
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The title of Resolution No. 83R-168 is hereby
amended to read, in its entirety, as follows:
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM,
CALIFORNIA RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE OF ELECTRIC REVENUE
ANTICIPATION NOTES OF SAID CITY PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE
NO. 4417 OF SAID CITY COUNCIL.
SECTION 2. The first "WHEREAS" clause of Resolution
No. 83R-168 is hereby amended to read, in its entirety, as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim (the
"City") at its meeting on April 26, 1983, adopted an Ordinance,
designated as Ordinance No. 4417, providing for the procedures
for the issuance, sale and securing of Electric Revenue
Anticipation Notes of the City and providing the terms and con-
ditions of said Notes (the Ordinance) i and
Section 3. This Resolution shall become effective on the
date of its adoption. Except as amended hereby, Resolution No. B3R-
168 shall remain in full force and effect.
