RESOLUTION NO. 83R-180
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEI~ TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTIO~ WITH VARIANCE NO. 3246 AND
DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. 82R-65 NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, ~he City Council granted Variance No. 3246 on
February 2, 1982, by Resolution No. 82R-65; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of said
Variance No. 3246 for the reason it is no longer needed; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Variance No. 3246 be, and the same is hereby, terminated and that
Resolution No. 82R-65 be declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 3rd day of May, 1983.
