A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM VACATING A PORTION OF A ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY EASEMENT WEST SIDE OF ANAHEIM BOULEVARD
AT SANTA ANA STREET. (82-l4A)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did,
by resolution duly adopted, declare its intention to vacate
certain public streets, highways or public service easements
pursuant to the Public Streets, Highways and Service Easements
Vacation Law; and
WHEREAS, notice of a public hearing to consider said
vacation was posted and published in the manner prescribed by law;
and
WHEREAS, on the 26th day of April, 1983, a public
hearing was held to allow interested persons to submit evidence
concerning said proposed vacation; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find, from the evidence
submitted, that the street, highway or public service easement
hereinafter specifically described is unnecessary for present or
prospective public purposes including nonmotorized transportation
facilities.
WHEREAS, if and to the extent that there are in place
public utility facilities in use for which easements are not
reserved and excepted by this resolution, the City Council hereby
determines that the public convenience and necessity requires that
no easements be reserved for such facilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Anaheim does hereby order the vacation of a portion of
Anaheim Boulevard, south of Santa Ana Street, more specifically
described as follows:
The real property situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as
follows:

That portion of Vineyard Lot G-4, as shown on a map
recorded in Book 4, pages 629 and 630 of Deeds,
Records of Los Angeles County, California, described
as follows:
Beginning at the centerline intersection of Anaheim
Boulevard and Santa Ana Street; thence S 15 degrees
30' 00" E along said centerline of Anaheim Boulevard,
133.12 feet; thence S 74 degrees 30' 00" 51.50 feet to
THE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence S 15 degrees 30'
00" E, 189.7098 feet; thence N 74 degrees 251 00" E,
4.50 feet; thence N 15 degrees 30' 00" E, .0183 feet
to the beginning of a tangent curve concave westerly
and having a radius of 1,993.00 feet; thence northerly
a19ng ~aid curve through a c~ntrgl angle of 02 degrees
43 05', an arc distance of ~4. 5/ to a point, said
point having a radial line through it, bearing N 71
degrees 46' 55" E, said point also being the beginning
of a non-tangent curve concave westerly and having a
radius of 2,007.00 feet; thence Northerly alon9 said
curve through a central angle of 02 degrees 43 05",
an arc distance of 95.21 feet to the true point of
beginning.
