A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
NOTE PURCHASE AGREEMENT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Anaheim. Callfornia. that
that certain Note Purchase Agreement dated the date hereof pursuant to which
Merrill Lynch White Weld Capital Markets Group agrees to purchase the City. s
1983 Tax and Revenue Anticipation Notes. a copy of which is on file with the
Ci ty Cl erk. be and 1 s hereby approved and the offi cers of the Cf ty whose
titles are indicated on the execution pages of said Agreement as signatories
thereof be and are hereby authorized to execute said Agreement.

the City of Anaheim. California, at a meeting thereof duly held on the 26th
