RESOLUTION NO. 83R-158

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY
ENGINEER TO EXECUTE ALL COUNTY OF ORANGE
ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT AGENCY PERMITS ON
BEHALF OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, EXCEPT THOSE
PERTAINING TO EASEMENTS.
WHEREAS, in connection with the administration of
Public Works of the City of Anaheim, it becomes necessary to obtain
permits from the County of Orange Environmental Management Agency;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the routine
negotiations between the City and the County of Orange
Environmental Management Agency can be better handled and expedited
by having the City Engineer of the City of Anaheim execute all
County of Orange Environmental Management Agency permits on behalf
of the City, except those pertaining to easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim ~hat the City Engineer be, and he is hereby
authorized and directed to execute, on behalf of the City of
Anaheim, all County of Orange Environmental Management Agency
permits, except those pertaining to easements.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 26th day of April, 1983.
