RESOLUTION NO. 83R~146
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIMi DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
CERTAIN PUaLIC STREETS, HIGHWAYS AND SERVICE
EASEMENTS. (8l-30A)
BE IT RESQLVED that the City Council of the City of
Anaheim does hereby declare its intention to vacate the following
public streets, high~ays and service easements pursuant to the
Public Streets, Highways and Service Easements Vacation Law (Part
3 of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code); to wit:
The easterly ten feet, more or less, of that portion
of Baxter Street located northerly of Via Burton,
as said streets, highways or public service easements are shown on
a map or plan on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in
the proposed vacation will be heard at a hearing to be held at
1:30 o'clock P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be
heard, in the Chamb~rs of the City Council located in the Civic
Center located at 2~0 South Anaheim Boulevard on:
May 10, 1983
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 19th day of April, 1983.
