A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AME~DING RESOLUTION NO. 82R-123 WHICH
ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR UNREPRESENTED
PART-TIME JOB CLASSIFICATIONS.
WHEREAS, The Human Resources Director has recommended that the rates of
compensation for selected part-time classifications be adjusted; and
WHEREAS, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 82R-123 and amendments
thereto which established rates of compensation for unrepresented part-time
classifications; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
establishing new rates of compensation for these job classes is in the best
interests of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim
as follows:
Section 1.
That basic compensation plan for all officers and employees of the City of
Anaheim who are now employed, or will in the future be employed in any of the
classifications listed below, shall be allocated to salary schedules in the
Salary Schedule Master as follows:

* Personnel newly hired into these classification will be paid an entry level
rate amounting to 50 cents per hour less than the rate listed above for the
first 200 hours of employment.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that except to the extent amended, Resolution
No. 82R-123 shall remain in full force and effect.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this resolution
shall be March 25. 1983.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim this 5th day of April , 1983.
