AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN TITLE 18 OF THE
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING
(RECLASSIFICATION NO. 2004-00135).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, following a duly noticed public hearing held November 15, 2004,
pursuant to the provisions of Section 18.76.070 of the Anaheim Municipal Code, the Anaheim
Planning Commission did adopt its Resolution No. PC2004-133 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made; and
WHEREAS, the owner of property located at 1844 South Haster Street, more
particularly described below, has requested that the City finalize reclassification of the subject
property from the SP92-2 (MHP) (The Anaheim Resort Specific Plan No. 92-2, Mobile Home Park
Overlay) Zone to the SP92-2 (The Anaheim Resort Specific Plan No. 92-2) Zone of the City of
Anaheim (Reclassification No. 2004-00135); and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent
to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied
with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That the Zoning Map referred to in Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and
the same is hereby, amended by rezoning and reclassifying the subject properties situated in the
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit:
THE NORTHERLY 271.1 FEET OF THE WESTERLY 249.47
FEET OF THE NORTH HALF OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER
OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP
4 SOUTH, RANGE 10 WEST, IN RANCHO SAN JUAN CAJON
DE SANTA ANA, AS SHOWN ON A MAP RECORDED IN BOOK
51, PAGE 10 OF MISCELLANEOUS MAPS, RECORDED IN THE
OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF ORANGE COUNTY
CALIFORNIA.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM ANY PORTION LYING
NORTHERLY, NORTH WESTERLY, AND WESTERLY OF THE
SOUTHERLY, SOUTH EASTERLY, AND EASTERLY LINES OF
PARCELS "A-1" THROUGH "A-3" OF THE LAND DESCRIBED
IN THAT CERTAIN FINAL ORDER OF CONDEMNATION,
SUPERIOR COURT CASE NO. 784656, A CERTIFIED COPY OF
WHICH WAS RECORDED APRIL 7, 1999 AS INSTRUMENT NO
19990254025 OF OFFICIAL RECORDS OF SAID COUNTY.
FURTHER EXCLUDING THE NORTHERLY 134 FEET OF SAID
PROPERTY.

SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby, amended and the above-
described properties shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in
and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map, as amended, is
hereby adopted and the Planning Department is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to
be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted.
SECTION 3. CERTIFICATION
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and shall cause the same
to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of
general circulation, published and circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final
passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE was introduced at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Anaheim held on the 25th day of January , 200 5 and thereafter
passed and adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 8th day of February
, 2005 by the following roll call vote:
