RESOLUTION NO. 83R- 138
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 82R-499
WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR
CLASSES REPRESENTED BY THE ANAHEIM POLICE
ASSOCIATION.
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff
report dated March 29, 1983, that new job classifications be created, effective
March 25, 1983; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution
No. 82R-499, which established rates of compensation for classes represented
by the Anaheim Police Association; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
the creation of these classifications are in the best interests of the City of
Amaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that the following job classifications be created and allocated to the
Salary Schedule Master as follows:
Section 2.
That effective March 25, 1983 through October 6, 1983, inclusive,
the basic compensation plan for all officers and employees of the City of
Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future be employed in the classifi-
cations listed below shall be allocated to the following salary schedule in
the Salary Schedule Master.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended,
Resolution No. 82R-499 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim this 5th day of April , 1983.
