RESOLUTION NO. 83R-125
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 83R-IIO
AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR THE FIRE STATION NO. 8
STORAGE BUILDING, ACCOUNT NO. 24-914-6325.
WHEREAS, on the 22nd day of March, 1983, the City
Council of the City of Anaheim did adopt Resolution No.
83R-IIO awarding a contract for the Fire Station No. 8
Storage Building; and
WHEREAS, Alpha Omega, the lowest responsive bidder,
did request that the City of Anaheim not accept his bid as
submitted; and
WHEREAS, the City Council now finds that it would be
in the best interest of the City of Anaheim not to award the
contract for said public improvement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anah~im that it rescind, and it does hereby
rescind, Resolution No. 83R-IIO awarding a contract for the
Fire Station No. 8 Storage Building, Account No. 24-9l4~6325.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 29th day of
March, 1983.
