A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DEDICATING CERTAIN CITY-OWNED
PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM FOR PUBLIC
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has heretofore acquired
certain real property within the corporate limits of the City of
Anaheim for public purposes; and
WHEREAS, it is indicated and anticipated that the City of
Anaheim will dedicate a certain portion of City-owned property for
public purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in the
best interests of the City of Anaheim to dedicate a portion of its
City-owned property for public purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that it dedicate, and it does hereby dedicate, for
road and public utility purposes, the following described land
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, more particularly described as follows, to wit:
PARCEL 1:
That portion of the lands alloted to M. Yorba
according to a map attached to and made a part of the
Decree of Partition of the Rancho Canon de Santa Ana
rendered in case No. 1978 of the 17th Judicial
District Court of Los Angeles County, California, a
certified copy of which is recorded in book 28, page
158, Deeds, Records of Los Angeles County, California,
described as follows:
Beginning at the centerline intersection of La Palma
Avenue and Lakeview Avenue; thence N 000 331 50" W
along the centerline of said Lakeview Avenue, 335.29
feet; thence S 810 15' 20" E, 53.71 feet; thence S 000
331 50" E, 249.09 feet to the beginning of a tangent
curve concave northeasterly and having a radius of
25.00 feet; thence Southerly and Easterly along said
curve through a central angle of 820 51' 17", an arc
distance of 36.15 feet; thence S 000 33' 50" E, 53.18
feet to a point in the centerline of said La Palma
Avenue; thence S 890 48' 10" W, along said centerline,
a distance of 74.89 feet to the point of beginning.

distance of 36.15 feet; thence N 000 33' 50" W, 53.22
feet to a point in the centerline of said La Palma
Avenue; thence S 890 48' 10" W, along said centerline,
a distance of 74.89 feet to the point of beginning.
PARCEL 3:
All that real property in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, being parcels 2, 3, 4,
and 5 of parcel map 80-264 as shown on a map filed in
Book 169, Pages 21 and 22 of parcel maps, records of
said County.
PARCEL 4:
All that real property in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, being parcels 3, 4 and
5 of parcel map 79-229 as shown on a map filed in
Book 166, Pages 24 and 25 of parcel maps, records of
said County.
PARCEL 5:
All that real property in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, being Parcels 2, 3,4
and 5 of Parcel Map 81-252 as shown on a map filed in
Book 174, Pages 41 and 42 of parcel maps, records of
said County.

All that real property in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, state of California, being Parcels 2 and 3
of parcel map 81-253 as shown on a map filed in Book
174 Pages 37 and 38 of parcel maps, records of said
County.
PARCEL 7:
All that real property in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, state of California, being parcels 3, 4 and
5 of parcel map 79-228 as shown on a map filed in Book
142, pages 11 and 12 of parcel maps, records of said
County.
PARCEL 8:
All that real property in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, being parcels 2 and 3
of parcel map 80-265 as shown on a map filed in Book
169, Pages 19 and 20 of parcel maps, records of said
County.
PARCEL 9:
All that real property in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, being Parcel 4 of
Parcel Map 81-245 as shown on a map filed in Book 175,
Pages 41 and 42 of Parcel Maps, records of said County.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she
is hereby, authorized and directed to record a certified copy of
this resolution in the Office of the County Recorder of the County
of Orange.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 29th day of March, 1983.
