A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE ORANGE COUNTY
COOPERATIVE EQUIPMENT SHARING AGREEMENT AND
AUTHORIZI~G THE MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT FOR AND ON BEHALF OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
WHEREAS, the Orange County City Engineers
Association has proposed an innovative agreement whereby
cities can share certain equipment; and
WHEREAS, this agreement is known as the Orange
County Cooperative Equipment Sharing Agreement; and
WHEREAS, cities using this agreement should
be able to make use of their existing equipment and delay
costly purchases of new equipment; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has this date been sub-
mitted, the terms and conditions whereof are satisfactory
to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of
Anaheim does hereby approve the Orange County Cooperative
Equipment Sharing Agreement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the
City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed ~o execute
said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 22ndday of
March , 1983.
