RESOLUTION NO. 83R-95
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE LAND
USE ELEMENT OF THE ANAHEIM GENERAL PLAN DESIG-
NATED AS AMENDMENT NO. 181, EXHIBIT ftA.ft
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim, pursuant to the
recommendations of the Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim,
adopted a General Plan for the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, on the 23rd day of February, 1983, the City
Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did hold a public
hear ing to consider a General Plan Amendment. The General Plan
Amendment does consider changing the land use designation for the
area of land consisting of approximately 4.32 acres located on the
west side of Villa Real Drive, south of Nohl Ranch Road, and
immediately north of the Olive Hills Reservoir and the
Anaheim/Orange City limits; and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, the City Planning
Commission did duly adopt its Resolution No. PC83-37 containing a
report of its findings, a summary of the evidence presented at
said hearing, and recommending that said Amendment to the General
Plan designated as Amendment No. 181 be adopted by the City
Council changing the land use designation for the aforedescribed
area to ftHi11side Low-Medium Density Residential W in accordance
with Exhibit ftA"; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said Resolution, summary of
evidence, report of findings and recommendations of the City
Planning Commission, the Ci ty Counci 1 did fix the 15th day of
March, 1983, as the time, and the Ci ty Counci 1 Chamber in the
Civic Center as the place for a public hearing on said proposed
Amendment No. 181 and did give notice thereof in the manner and as
provided by law; and
WHEREAS, the City Council did duly hold and conduct such
public hearing and did give all persons interested

Exhibi t "A" on file with the Ci ty be, and the same is hereby,
approved.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Planning Department be,
and it is hereby, inst ructed to amend the General Plan Map to
conform to General Plan Amendment No. 181 as herein adopted and
approved.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 15th day of March, 1983.
