A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED CONVEY-
ING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROP-
ERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES. (R/W #2800-7)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public
utility purposes; and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property JACK CHARLES
HEINRICH offered to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the Ci ty of Anaheim that the offer of JACK CHARLES HEINRICH to
sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, to be used for an easement for road and public util-
ity purposes, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across that portion of Vineyard Lot
G-4, Anaheim, as shown on a map recorded in Book 4,
page 629 of Deeds, Records of Los Angeles County,
California, described as follows:
Commencing at the centerline intersection of Anaheim
Boulevard and Santa Ana Street; thence S 15 degrees
30' 00" E along said centerline of Anaheim Boulevard,
400.82 feet to the true point of beginning; thence
continuing S 15 degrees 30' 00" E, 120.00 feet;
thence S 74 degrees 25' 00" W, 47.00 feet; thence N
15 degrees 30' 00" W, 120.00 feet; thence N 74
degrees 25' 00" E, 47.00 feet to the true point of
beginning.
As a condition of this dedication, the City of
Anaheim will not remove or cause to be removed any of
the existing improvements including the curb, gutter
and sidewalk, prior to August 1, 1983,
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the Ci ty Counc i 1 of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property; provided, however, that nothing herein shall be
construed to be an acceptance of any parcel or property into the
City street system (Section 1806, Streets and Highways Code).

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Accounting Officer of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, author i zed to issue a
warrant and pay to the owner of said real property, out of General
Funds of the City of Anaheim and charged to Account No. 13-792-
7101-E2580 the sum of FIFTEEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED AND 00/100
DOLLARS ($15,900.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 15th day of March, 1983.
