RESOLUTION NO. 83R-76
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS, HIGHWAYS AND SERVICE
EASEMENTS. (82-8A)
BE IT RESOLVED that the Ci ty Council of the Ci ty of
Anaheim does hereby declare its intention to vacate the following
public streets, highways and service easements pursuant to the
Public Streets, Highways and Service Easements Vacation Law (Part
3 of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code); to wit:
1. That certain alley extending from Anaheim
Boulevard to Claudina Street, located between Lincoln
Avenue and Old Lincoln Avenue.
2. That certain alley and public streets
described as:
a. That alley extending in an
di rect ion, extending easterly f rom Anaheim
to Claudina Street located approximately
south of Old Lincoln Avenue.
east-west
Boulevard
135 feet
b. That portion of Claudina Street
extending southerly from Old Lincoln Avenue to a
point approximately 155 feet southerly thereof.
c. An irregular ly shaped port ion of the
south half of Old Lincoln Avenue extending from
Anaheim Boulevard to Claudina Street.
3. Those certain public streets and portions
thereof described as:
a. That portion of Emily Street extending
northerly from Old Lincoln Avenue to a point approxi-
mately 90 feet northerly thereof.
b. An irregularly shaped portion of Old
Lincoln Avenue extending from Claudina Street to a
point approximately 90 feet easterly of Emily Street.
c. A portion of the east half of Claudina
Street extending from Old Lincoln Avenue to a point
approximately 90 feet northerly thereof:
as said streets, highways or public service easements are shown on
a map or plan on file in the Office of the City Clerk.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in
the proposed vacation will be heard at a hearing to be held at
1: 30 0' clock P. M. or as soon thereafter as the matte'r may be
heard, in the Chambers of the City Council located in the Civic
Center located at 200 South Anaheim Boulevard on:
March 22, 1983
