RESOLUTION NO. 83R-66
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING SUPPLEMENT NO. 15 TO LOCAL
AGENCY-STATE AGREEMENT NO. 07-5055 AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID SUPPLEMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has previously entered
into an agreement with the Department of Transportation of the
State of California No. 07-5055 authorizing the use of federal
funds for Federal-Aid projects; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to add a supplement to the
Agreement which allows the City of Anaheim to provide matching
funds equal to ten percent of the cost of providing raised
medians, re-striping and a traffic signal at Ball Road and
Lemon Street; and
WHEREAS, Supplement No. 15 has been prepared by the
Department of Transportation, the terms and conditions whereof
are satisfactory to the City of Anaheim;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Anaheim Supplement No. 15 to the Local Agency-
State Agreement No. 07-5055 be and the same is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
ar.e hereby authorized to execute said supplement by and on
behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 22hdday of
February , 1983.
