RESOLUTION NO. 83R-62
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 75R-95
RELATING TO RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS NO.
74-75-20, NUNC PRO TUNC.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has
heretofore adopted its Resolution No. 75R-95 on February 18, 1975,
finding and determining that Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code
relating to zoning should be amended and that the boundaries of
certain zones should be changed as set forth in Reclassification
Proceedings No. 74-75-20; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error, the
legal description of the real property identified in said
Resolution No. 75R-95 was incomplete and incorrect; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to correct said error
at this time, nunc pro tunc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 75R-95 be, and the same is
hereby, amended, nunc pro tunc, by amending the legal description
of the real property described therein by the addition of the fol-
lowing described real property thereto:
All that land situated in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, lying within Section
24, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. & M.,
being described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of the Howell-
Katella Annexation to the City of Anaheim; thence N
280 54' 17" E, 877.04 feet, more or less to an inter-
section with a line parallel with and 40.00 feet
southerly of the centerline of Cerritos Avenue;
thence N 760 19' 04" E along said parallel line,
266.00 feet; thence N 130 40' 56" W, 40.00 feet to
said centerline of Cerritos Avenue; thence N 760 19'
04" E along said centerline, 1,313 feet, more or less
to an intersection with a line parallel with and
20.00 feet westerly of the centerline of Douglass
Road; thence S 00 33' 45" W along said parallel line,
51.45 feet; thence S 190 41' 08" W, 179.23 feet;
thence S 140 30' 17" W, 150.54 feet; thence S 190 20'
30" W, 741.98 feet; thence N 880 52' 43" W, 437.00
feet; thence N 880 52' 43" W, 850.88 feet; thence N
890 45' 30" W, 247.68 feet to the point of beginning.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as set forth herein,
said Resolution No. 75R-95 shall remain in full force and effect.

THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 22nd day of February, 1983.
