RESOLUTION NO. 83R-6l
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO
AGREEMENT NO. 64552, DATED MARCH 17, 1981,
WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA IN CONNECTION
WITH THE CONSTRUCTION OF A MULTI-MODAL
TRANSPORTATION TERMINAL IN THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AMENDMENT.
WHEREAS, the State of California and the City of
Anaheim have heretofore entered into an Agreement No. 64552,
dated March 17, 1981, wherein the State agreed to contribute
State SB 620 monies to the City of Anaheim for use in con-
structing a multi-modal transportation terminal located
adjacent to the Santa Fe Railroad tracks at Anaheim Stadium; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend said agree-
ment to provide for an extension of time for completion of
the project; and
WHEREAS, Amendment No. 3 to Agreement No. 64552 has
been prepared providing for an extension of time for completion
of the project; and
WHEREAS, the terms of said amendment is acceptable
to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the tp,rms and
conditions of said amendment is hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute sa~d 3rd amend-
ment on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the C~ty Council of the City of Anaheim this 22nd day of
February, 1983.
