RESOLUTION NO. 83R-60
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH VARIANCE NO. 3200 AND DECLAR-
ING RESOLUTION NO. 81R-156 NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Variance No. 3200 on
March 31, 1981, by Resolution No. 81R-156; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of said
variance for the reason it is no longer needed; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Variance No. 3200 be, and the same is hereby, terminated and that
Resolution No. 81R-156 be declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 22nd day of February, 1983.
