RESOLUTION NO. 83R-50

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING A STREET NAME CHANGE FROM
SADDLEBAdK LANE TO HIGHLAND LANE.
WHEREAS, a street located in Tracts No. 9215 and
10940 has been namep Saddleback Lane; and
WHEREAS, homes in those tracts have not been buil t
along Saddleback Lane; and
WHEREAS, there exists in the City of Anaheim another
street by the name of Saddleback Lane; and
WHEREAS, the existence of two streets having the same
name may create confusion for police, fire and other services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Anaheim does hereby rename Saddleback Lane in
Tracts No. 9215 and 10940 to Highland Lane.
THE FOREQpING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of th~ City of Anaheim this 15th day of February, 1983.
