RESOLUTION NO. 83R-27
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTIO~ WITH VARIANCE NO. 132 AND DECLAR-
ING RESOLUTION NO. 1798 NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, ~he City Council granted Variance No. 132 on
December 12, 1950, by Resolution No. 1798; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of said
variance for the reason it is no longer needed; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Variance No. 132 be, and the same is hereby, terminated and that
Resolution No. 1798 be declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 25th day of January,
1983.
