RESOLUTION NO. 83R-26
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A CERTAIN DEED AND ORDER-
ING ITS HECORDATION.
WHEREAS, a certain deed has been presented to the Ci ty
of Anaheim as hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, said deed having been determined to be correct
in both form and siubstance, the City Council finds that it is in
the best interests of the City of Anaheim to accept said deeds and
to order itsrecordation.
NOW, THE~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci ty Council of
the City of Anahei~ that the following deed be, and it is hereby,
accepted by the City:

provided, however, that nothing herein shall be construed to be an

BE IT FU~THER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she
is hereby, authorizled and directed to cause the foregoing deed to
be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of Orange County.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 25th day of January,
1983.
