RESOLUTION NO. 83R-25

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING CONTRACT NO. X-7l46
BETWEEN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND THE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA PERTAINING TO TRAFFIC SIGNAL
MODIFICATIONS AT HARBOR BOULEVARD AND KATELLA
AVENUE.
WHEREAS, the City does contemplate modifying the
traffic signals at Harbor Boulevard and Katella Avenue in the
City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has requested, and the
State of California (hereinafter "State") is willing to
furnish, engineering services for the improvements on the
traffic signals at Harbor Boulevard and Katella Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the City and the State do desire to enter
into an agreement to specify the terms and conditions under
which the State services are to be provided for and financed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Anaheim does hereby approve Contract No. X-7l46
pertaining to the traffic signal modifications at the
intersection of Harbor Boulevard and Katella Avenue this day
submitted herewith; and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute said Service Agreement for and on behalf
of the City of Anheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 25th day of
January, 1983.
