RESOLUTION NO. 83R-20
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS, HIGHWAYS AND SERVICE
EASEMENTS. (82-lA and 82-6A)
BE IT RESOLVED that the Ci ty Council of the Ci ty of
Anaheim does hereby declare its intention to vacate the following
public streets, highways and service easements pursuant to the
Public Streets, Highways and Service Easements Vacation Law (Part
3 of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code); to wit:
82-lA
That certain easement for electrical purposes extend-
ing westerly from Beach Boulevard located approxi-
mately 220 feet north of the westerly prolongation of
the centerline of Stonybrook Drive.
82-6A
That certain easements for public utility purposes
located contiguous to and westerly of Solomon Drive
approximately 335 feet south of Santa Ana Canyon Road,
as said streets, highways or public service easements are shown on
a map or plan on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in
the proposeq vacation will be heard at a hearing to be held at
1: 30 0' clock P. M. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be
heard, in the Chambers of the City Council located in the Civic
Center located at 200 South Anaheim Boulevard on:
February 15, 1983
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 18th day of January, 1983.
