A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHE~M DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
CERTAIN PUBLJgC2SXREETS, HIGHWAYS AND SERVICE
EASEMENTS. (: -4A)
BE IT RJ!;SOLVED that the Ci ty Council of the Ci ty of
Anaheim does hereby declare its intention to vacate the follow-
ing public streets, highways and service easements pursuant to the
Public Streets, Highways and Service Easements Vacation Law (Part
3 of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code); to wit:
That certain easement for waterline purposes
extending easterly and thence southerly from the
easterly terminus of Carpenter Avenue,
as said streets, highways or pUblic service easements are shown
on a map or plan on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in
the proposed vacation will be heard at a hearing to be heard at
1: 30 P. M. or as SOon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in
the Chambers of the City Council located in the Civic Center
located at 200 South Anaheim Boulevard on:
February 8, 1983
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Ci ty Council of the City of Anaheim this 11th day of January,
1983.
