RESOLUTION NO. 84R~206
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DENYING AN AMENDMENT OF CONDITIONS IN
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT CASE NO. 2324.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
heretofore adopted Resolution No. 82R-385 approving Conditional
Use Permit No. 2324, subject to certain conditions specified
therein; and
WHEREAS, the permittee has requested an amendment to
certain of said conditions heretofore imposed; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a duly noticed public
hearing on July 20, 1982, at which hearing the City Council did
receive and consider evidence, both oral and documentary, relating
to said request; and
WHEREAS, the City Council hereby finds and determines
that such modification is not reasonably necessary to protect the
public peace, health, safety or general welfare, or necessary to
permit reasonable operation under the conditional use permit
granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the application to amend Condition No. 11 of
Conditional Use Permit No. 2324 as set forth in Resolution 82R-385
be, and the same is hereby, denied.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, pursuant to City Council
Resolution No. 79R-524, the time within which judicial review of
the aforesaid decision must be sought is governed by the
provisions of Section 1094.6 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
