A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR BIDS FOR NOTES,
APPROVING DISTRIBUTION OF OFFICIAL STATEMENT~ NOTICE OF
SALE AND BID FORM, AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING CERTAIN
ACTIONS vHTH RESPECT THERETO
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Anaheim, Cal~fornia,
as follows:
WHEREAS, this City Council proposes to authorize the issuance
of its 1984 Tax and Revenue Anticipation Notes (the "Notes'), and
in furtherance thereof, the financial advisors to the City have been
directed to prepare an Official Statement and the bond counsel to the
City has been directed to prepare a Notice of Sale and a Bid Form,
and this Council, with the aid of its staff, has reviewed each and
every part thereof;
WHEREAS, the Official Statement, Notice of Sale and Bid Form
have been prepared and filed with the City, and this Council, with
the aid of its staff, has reviewed each and every part thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby DETERMINED and ORDERED as follows:
1.- The facts contained in the Official Statement are true and
correct in all material respects and the Official Statement contains
no untrue statement of a material fact necessary to make a statement
therein not misleading in light of the circumstances under which it
was made, provided, however, that the Official Statement does not
contain final interest rates on the Notes and the dollar amounts set
forth therein, other than the principal amount of the Ndtes, are
su~ject to change.
2~- The Director of Finance or other q~alified officer of the
City is authorized to approve corrections and additions to the
Official Statement by supplement or amendment thereto, or otherwise
as appropriate, provided that any such corrections or additions shall
be necessary to cause the information contained ~herein to conform
with facts material to the Notes or to the proceedings of this City
or such corrections or additions are in form rather than substance.:

3. The Official Statement, the Notice of Sale and the Bid Form
are approved for distribution in the offering and sale of the Notes.-

4. The City's financial advisors, on behalf of the City and
its City Clerk are authorized and directed to cause the O~ficial
Statement, Notice of Sale and Bid Form to be distributed to 'such
municipal bond broker-d~alers, to such banking institutions and
to such other persons as may be interested in purchasing the Notes
therein offered "for sale.:
5.: The City Clerk is authorized and directed to execute the
Notice of Sale on behalf of this City and to call for bids for the
sale of the Notes.-
6.: The City1s bond counsel, on behalf of the City, is authorized
and directed to cause a notice of the sale to be published in a
financial publication generally circulated throughout the State at
least fifteen (15) days prior to the sale and to give notice of the
sale to the California Debt Advisory Commission at least ten'(lO)
days prior to the sale.:

THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 29th day of May, 1984.-
