84R-193 RESOLUTION NO. 84R - 193 ..,.........,,, A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 83R-385 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR CLASSES DESIGNATED AS EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT. WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director recommends that an additional salary range be added to the salary range structure and the classification of City Manager be assigned to this range; and WHEREAS, as a result of thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 83R-385 which established rates of compensation for classes designated as Executive Management; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that adding this additional salary range and placing the classification of City Manager in this range is in the best interests of the City of Anaheim. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 83R-385 be amended as follows: Section 1. That effective October 7, 1983, the classification of City Manager as listed in Section 2 of Resolution No. 83R-385 shall be allocated to the following salary range providing annual compensation according to the salary structure listed below: Midpoint Maximum Range Minimum SRl6 $73,540 $85,800 $91,930 $98,060 $110,320 Section 2. The basic compensation plan for all officers and employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future be employed in the classification listed below shall be allocated to the following salary range effective October 7, 1983. Salary Range Classification City Manager XSRl6 _. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended, Resolution No. 83R-385 shall remain in full force and effect.
